If they have completed their studies with a certificate, diploma, or degree from a recognized Canadian institution, outside Saskatchewan. The duration of their program should be 2 years of academic with 16 months of study.
If he has worked for at least 24 consecutive months to work for paid work in Saskatchewan.
If registered for Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) on Post-Graduation Work Permit.
If they have a permanent, full-time job from employers in Saskatchewan.
Their work history should fall under the category NOC 0, A, or B.
